Stunning, creative canapés are always a lovely way to compliment any reception. Our canapés are bite-sized and presented on beautiful platters. Why not impress your guests with a selection of soup sips or canapés on Forks. Minimum order for canapé menus or individual canapés is 10 of each.

These are available on request with 48 hours’ notice. We hand make all our canapés and vegetarian options are available. Please give us a call for some menu options.

This is a new concept for Four Seasons Catering we experimented with at a wedding in 2014. They were so successful we have created a menu for you. Manapes are the larger alternative to traditional size canapés, manapes are often larger canapés or tapas sized canapés, and manapes are the perfect solution when your guests are feeling particularly peckish.

Manapes can act as a great alternative to bowl food or even a main meal. Manapes are also a fantastic solution when catering in the evening events or if space is tight. This mean that guests do not have to worry about sitting down to eat.

Manapes can be served at weddings, business events, dinner parties, hot fork buffets, cold fork buffets, finger buffets.

A chef will be required for the hot manapes, manapés are delivered on platters ready to serve. Make your own selection, there is a minimum order of 25 of any item. We recommend 4 per person
