Formal Wedding Menu Suggestions

Please note: these are just to give you some ideas for the sort of food we could create for your wedding. We realise the catering for every wedding is unique, and will work with you to produce your perfect menu.

Starters

Fresh artisan bread roll

Fresh vegetable, our most popular soup, made from our own stock pot using all fresh vegetables (v,vg,gf)
Cream of tomato & basil (v,vg,gf)
Puree of butterbean with a hint of chive (v,vg,gf)

Warm chicken with chorizo and rosemary pesto, charred served with herbed rocket salad parmesan croutons

Asparagus wrapped in pancetta served on a bed of mange tout with red pepper reduction (gf)

Ham hock terrine dressed with chunky piccalilli & fresh leaves (gf)

Carpaccio of beef with wild rocket & parmesan shavings dressed with truffle oil (gf)

Grilled asparagus & Parma ham salad with parmesan shavings (gf)

Smoked mackerel, flaked on salad leaves with tomato & onion and finished with beetroot horseradish cream and chives (gf)

Pan fried scallops served with a champagne sauce (gf)

At venues we will try and help you organise your special day as much as we can with no extra cost. We will have regular contact with you, helping you with your room planning and anything extra to make your day special.
